Well he said he was unable to make his video, so he won’t be posting… yet. As of version 2.2.0 OS X users will be able to record WoW gameplay video using QuickTime. Thanks Blizz for your ongoing support of the ‘other’ computers!

Also, upon purchasing WoW and/or TBC, you buy the right to play the game on any platform. If you switch from PC to Mac or vise-versa you simply have to download the installer from Blizzard again for your new system.

i recently got the new macbook pro 15inch with this specs

* 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
* 1440 x 900 resolution
* 2GB memory
* 160GB hard drive1
* 8x double-layer SuperDrive
* NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT
graphics with 256MB SDRAM

i’m wondering if you know any good user interface and mods for mac users like us?

You don’t need to buy a new CD. No matter how old your CD is it will work fine. During the patching process you will get all the patches and one of them will make the game Universal Binary! Be warned, though, going through like 20 patches will take a good chunk of time

thnaks for this post!! i had an alienware laptop that the mother board fried just right after the warranty expired.. bummer.. now i want to switch to MACBOOK PRO 17inch with 2.33ghz with 2gb ram.. i’m getting it real cheap from a friend who gets it direct..
anyway.. do i need to buy a new world of warcraft CD for the mac? i bought my CD last year.. and i just recently got the burning crusade last week.. thanks!

I’m pleased to hear this news! I was wondering exactly the same thing. I’m not clear, though, on which version you installed? Was it the universal binary version? Did you have to purchase a new copy of WoW? I’d love to hear from ya.
